This site is operated by James Paul Studio. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to James Paul Studio. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree to them, please don't use the site.

Who we are and what we sell

James Paul Studio designs and makes small 3D-printed fidget clickers and related items in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Products are printed, assembled and click-tested by hand.

Products made the way you build them

Many of our products are configurable: you choose the base, what goes in it, and how each piece clicks. The choices you make at checkout are the instructions we build from, so please check them before you order. We build and ship what the order says. If we can't make a combination you've chosen, we'll contact you before making anything.

Because each item is made and hand-finished individually, small variations in color, finish and feel are normal and are not defects. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but screens differ.

Ages and small parts

These are not toys for small children. Some items contain small parts or hand-painted details and are not recommended for children under 12; the age guidance for each product is on its product page. Please follow it, and supervise children who are using anything from our shop.

Orders, prices and availability

We may refuse or cancel any order, and we may limit quantities per person, per household or per order. Prices and product availability can change at any time without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, whether or not it has been confirmed.

You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, including a shipping address we can deliver to.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment processing. By placing an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you've entered.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping terms are in our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds are in our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemable at this store only, can't be exchanged for cash, and are not refundable. Treat a gift card code like cash: we can't replace one that is lost or shared with someone else.

Discounts and offers

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their own conditions, shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, offers are limited to one per customer and per order, can't be combined with other product discounts, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Reviews and anything you send us

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other content, you give us permission to use, publish and share it in connection with our shop, with attribution to the name you supplied. You confirm the content is yours to share and isn't unlawful or abusive. We may edit or remove content that is. We don't edit the substance of customer reviews.

Our content

The designs, product photography, illustrations, text and the James Paul Studio name and logo are ours. You may share and link to our pages. You may not reproduce our designs or sell items made from them, and you may not use our content commercially, without our written permission.

Using this site properly

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security, to scrape or harvest it, or to upload anything malicious. We may end your access for breaking these terms.

Accuracy and availability of the site

We do our best to keep the site accurate and running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and content may occasionally be out of date. We may change or discontinue products and parts of the site at any time.

Warranty and liability

Beyond what we promise in our Refund policy — including the 30 days we give you to tell us something arrived wrong — our products and this site are provided as they are, without further warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
